The group is in the midst of assembling its advisory board. Only students have voting powers. Other members of the advisory board such as alumni and community members offer advice but have no voting rights.

Job Descriptions
President
Responsibilities include general management of BuzzFlood operations and supervision
of Directors. The President shall call all meetings of the Executive Board,
regular or otherwise, and shall serve as the chairperson of such meetings.
In addition, the President shall work with each Director to identify
term goals and projects and ensure their follow through. The President shall serve as
BuzzFlood's primary liaison with other organizations, including Dartmouth College,
and shall serve as BuzzFlood's chief spokesperson. The President is a non-voting member of the Advisory Board.
Director of Operations
Responsibilities shall consist of strategizing with the President and Advisory Board members in order to establish and implement the long-term vision of BuzzFlood, in terms of services and internal operations. Additional duties include managing team communication, finances, and marketing. Communicative responsibilities consist of notifying all Executive Board and Advisory Board members of respective meetings as well as taking and distributing minutes of all such meetings. In order to maintain finances, the Director of Operations shall send invoices to sponsors and manage cash flow. Marketing responsibilities include securing sponsors, augmenting team membership, increasing subscribers, and managing relations with other campus organizations.
Director of BuzzLine
Responsibilities shall consist of general management of all BuzzLine operations,
including nominating a successor Director, recruiting BuzzLine staff, and training
BuzzLine staff. The BuzzLine Director shall ensure daily
postings of articles and appropriate distribution of stories. In addition, the BuzzLine Director
shall work with the President to identify BuzzLine goals and projects for each
term, and shall attend all Executive Board meetings.
Director of Technology
Responsibilities shall consist of general management of all web operations, nominating a successor Director, recruiting tech staff, and training tech staff. In addition, the Technology Director shall work with the President to identify technology goals and projects for each term, and shall attend all Executive Committee Board meetings.
